User guide
ScopeShield Launch Edition runs locally in a modern browser. It does not need an account, hosting or an internet connection after downloading the files.
1 · Start a project
Open app.html. Select Presentation, Website, Social Media, or Clear to start from scratch. Add the client and your studio details.
2 · Define scope
Add specific deliverables and exclusions. Set the revision rounds, estimated delivery time and any additional terms.
3 · Set pricing
Choose fixed-fee or hourly pricing, then set the two payment percentages. They must total 100% to enable PDF printing.
4 · Brand the proposal
Enter your brand name and contact details. Select Corporate Navy, Minimal White or Teal Studio in the live preview.
5 · Export
Choose Print / Save as PDF, select Save as PDF in the browser print dialog and enable background graphics for best results. You can also export JSON as a backup and import it later.
6 · Protect your data
Autosave uses your browser's localStorage on the current device. Clearing browser data may erase it. Export JSON for important projects. Do not use shared computers for confidential client details.
